Advertiser Terms

A NuWebMS community card is a mailer sent to about 2,500 homes in one ZIP code. Each card has up to 16 advertiser spots, and only one business per category in each ZIP code. Your spot is $249 per mailing and includes your ad design, a QR code that opens your own offer page, and a private dashboard where you can see scans and leads.

Payment is handled by Stripe, and Stripe emails you a receipt. Paying holds your category spot on the next card for your ZIP code.

After you pay, we email you a link to a short form where you give us your offer, phone number, email address, and website. We design your ad from that information and email you a proof. Nothing is printed until you approve the proof, and you can ask for changes from your dashboard.

You promise that the information, logos, and offer you give us are accurate, that you have the right to use them, and that you will honor the offer on your ad. We may decline or remove an ad that is unlawful, misleading, or inappropriate for a mailing to homes.

We may use AI-generated imagery, such as background photos, when designing your ad. If you would rather we use your own photos or no photos of people, tell us when you submit your onboarding form and we will do that instead. You will see your ad as a proof and can approve it or ask for changes before anything is printed.

We aim to mail your card within 8 weeks after the first spot in your ZIP code is paid. If your card has not mailed within 60 days of your payment, you may ask for a full refund. Any open spots may be filled with NuWebMS’s own promotion or community content. We will email you when your card mails.

Mailing dates are our best estimate. Once a card is with the U.S. Postal Service, delivery times are outside our control and can vary.

Your proof includes up to two rounds of changes. Changes beyond that are by agreement and may cost extra or delay your mailing.

To make your mailing date, we need your approval by the approval date stated in your proof email. If you have not approved your proof by then, we may move your spot to the next card for your ZIP code at no extra charge. If your payment comes close to a card’s sales deadline, we will tell you in your payment email and ask you to submit your onboarding form within 2 days of paying. If we cannot finish and approve your ad in time for that card, we will offer to move your spot to the next card for your ZIP code at no extra charge, or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.

After your card mails, we will send you a PDF of your finished ad on request. You may use it in your own marketing. We may show your finished ad as an example of our work unless you ask us not to.

• You can cancel for a full refund any time before you submit your onboarding form. Email info@nuwebms.com.
• Once you submit the form, we start designing your ad and hold your exclusive spot, so payments are non-refundable from that point on, except for the guarantee in the next item.
• If your card has not mailed within 60 days of your payment, you can ask for a full refund, whether or not you have submitted the form.
• If you have not submitted your onboarding form within 7 days of payment, we may release your spot and refund you in full.
• If we cancel your mailing, we will refund you in full.
• Once your card has mailed, payments are non-refundable.

You will see the names, phone numbers, and email addresses that people enter on your offer page. You are responsible for using that information lawfully, including laws about calls, texts, and emails, and for honoring requests to stop contacting someone. Our privacy policy explains what we collect and how it is shared.

We do not promise any number of scans, leads, or sales. Results depend on your offer, your business, and the households that receive the card.

Your category stays yours in your ZIP code as long as you renew for each mailing. If you do not renew, we may offer the spot to another business in your category. A renewal is $249 per mailing unless we tell you a different price before you pay.

Our service is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or lost-profit damages, or for postal delays, and our total responsibility for any claim about a mailing is limited to the amount you paid for that mailing.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, subject to any mandatory law that applies to you.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you pay applies to that mailing. We will post new versions on this page and change the "Last updated" date above.
